How It Works

Our automated data exchange allows clients to export their Purchase Orders (POs) in a standard comma-delimited (.CSV) file and securely upload them to GOMLH via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

  • Daily Automated Retrieval – GOMLH retrieves the PO file at a scheduled time each day.

  • Seamless CHS Integration – Our system automatically enters or updates Purchase Orders for active projects in the CHS system.

  • Real-Time Receiving Updates – Once items are received, we generate a return file with the most up-to-date details for each Purchase Order.

  • Secure FTP Placement – The updated file is placed back on the client’s FTP site, ensuring timely and accurate inventory visibility.
